A born and raised Kansan, Kendal McGuire grew up in Wichita and now resides in the Flint Hills of Manhattan. In the spring of 2020, he graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife and Outdoor Enterprise Management with minors in Business and Biology. In his college career, he gained a wide range of knowledge studying the different flora in Kansas and understanding the positive and negative values it provides for wildlife. With that, Kendal also acquired the skills that are needed to manage for specific wildlife habitats.
He is an avid outdoorsman and spends his free time across the great state of Kansas enjoying many outdoor activities. During the summer, you can find him on the lake catching catfish in his kayak. In the fall and winter, he is either sitting in a tree stand hunting white-tailed deer, walking fields chasing pheasant and quail, or wading in the marsh calling in ducks. Though Kendal loves to hunt and fish, nothing beats the quality time he has with his family. In the summer of 2022, Kendal married his high school sweetheart, Kendra. They have two dogs, Wriggly, a miniature Aussiedoodle, and Maple, a Boykin Spaniel.
Kendal acquired his real estate license in 2018 and soon became interested in land sales. He now specializes in recreational land making it a perfect fit with his lifestyle. Even though Kendal is primarily a land agent, he also enjoys working with residential and commercial properties.
Kendal sits on the Board of Directors for the Realtors Land Institute for the state of Kansas and is also an authorized Realtree Land Pro.
Kendal believes that the purchase or sale of real estate is one of the most significant chapters in an individual’s life, and he considers it a privilege to guide his clients through the process. Whether you are selling a multi-generational family farm or purchasing your first home, Kendal will ensure to have your trust and do everything in his ability to make the buying or selling process as smooth as possible.
